Fantastic stay

The location was great with the beach nearby and many pools. Sunbeds and umbrellas were available. The beach was beautiful and pristine. It was amazing. The outdoor shower and massive bath in the room were also a big plus. I especially liked the garden. It was perfect for walking.
The food taste in the buffet was not good, I did not like it at all. I complained to reception about it and didn't get the help I needed. A negative point.

The beach was beautiful. Gardens and pools were also beautiful. I found plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas both on the beach and by the pool.
Food taste in the buffet was not good AT ALL. I did not like any of the food here. I left hungry and annoyed some days! I complained to reception about it though i did not get the help i needed.

The service I received was great. The beach was pristine, a real delight. Breakfast was delicious, a beautiful start to each day.
The food taste at the buffet disappointed me greatly. I did not enjoy any of the dishes offered there. Some days, I left feeling both hungry and annoyed.

i was granted an early check-in upon my arrival. the suite had foam pillows as i requested , i was really happy. fernando did the check-in , and cedric gave me a full suite orientation. krishen helped me print some private documents , it was very useful.
the food quality in the buffet wasn't great , i didn't enjoy much of it. i felt that the value for money wasn't really met , and i might prefer other places for the same price.

the room was very nice and quite large with great service each day. it was well equipped. there was a very nice beach outside with great sunsets , it was a luxury.

the breakfast had a large variety of fruits and the dinners were excellent. there were diverse restaurants to book for lunch and dinner during several days , before repeating the options. it's also possible to order food to the room.

the setting of the hotel is lovely. i liked the smaller heated pools by the villas , they were perfect for the cooler late afternoons and early evenings. the landscaping of the grounds is beautiful.
